An issue with security guards in sydney

Some serious issues with the security industry specifically security companies which provide security guards in Sydney is that there is a major lack of drive or determination.

The Sydney security guard never aspires to do more than what is required and if asked needs more $$$ to accommodate for the "extra work".

Tactical Division has from the outset looked to break this mould. Hard workers and the security guards that go the extra mile are the same guys that eventually lead the pack. These are the same guys who never thought of themselves as "just a guard" and gave 100% every time they stepped out in the Tactical Division uniform.

To these select few motivation and reliability is a self discipline and is usually demonstrated from the time they walked into our recruitment office or walked out of one Tactical Division seminars.

Unfortunately it is a common occurrence that security licenses are given to security guards who never demonstrate the skills or disciplines needed to take on high risk roles i.e government infrastructure, national landmarks, or high risk detail. It becomes a quick fix for an individual who looks to exploit what really needs to be a very professional industry. Anyone who works within the security industry can advocate on how unique the skill set required must be.

Not everyone can negotiate with an intoxicated aggressor nor refuse a group of well armed individuals into a crime hotspot.

Fortunately there are a select few who can and even more fortunate is the fact that Tactical Division is a security company who provide these select individuals. The Tactical Division team have not been tarnished by the problems that plague Sydney security providers today which include unreliability, no professionalism, corruption or misconduct.
We start from the bottom get this step right and you'll never have to worry about it trickling up to the top. Our Sydney security guards are some of the best and most professional you will meet, hence so is our management and staff.
